Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management
- Process and track POs to ensure timely, budget-aligned deliveries
Supplier Coordination
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
- Maintain vendor relationships and assist in selection
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor procurement costs and support budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with finance on invoices and payments
Inventory & Logistics
- Track stock levels and schedule deliveries to project sites
- Handle discrepancies, damages, and returns
Contracts & Documentation
- Manage procurement records and ensure compliance
- Assist with bidding and contract preparation
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with project and finance teams
- Provide procurement reports and suggest efficiency improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
-2–4 years’ experience in procurement, ideally in real estate or construction
-Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of construction materials and procurement regulations
-Proficient in procurement software and MS Office
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects efficiently
