Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Order Processing
- Prepare purchase orders and verify pricing, specs, and quantities
- Ensure purchases align with budgets and company policies
Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, track orders, and resolve issues
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms
Inventory & Cost Monitoring
- Monitor stock levels and support cost-saving initiatives
- Assist in supplier evaluations and price comparisons
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support contract and bid management
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Generate procurement reports and assist with budgets
- Provide admin support to the Purchasing Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
-High school diploma required; degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus
-1–2 years’ experience in procurement or admin, ideally in construction or real estate
-Familiar with construction materials and procurement processes
-Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
-Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
-Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage costs and meet deadlines
