Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Order Processing

  • Prepare purchase orders and verify pricing, specs, and quantities
  • Ensure purchases align with budgets and company policies

Supplier Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors, track orders, and resolve issues
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms

Inventory & Cost Monitoring

  • Monitor stock levels and support cost-saving initiatives
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and price comparisons

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support contract and bid management

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Generate procurement reports and assist with budgets
  • Provide admin support to the Purchasing Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

-High school diploma required; degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus

-1–2 years’ experience in procurement or admin, ideally in construction or real estate

-Familiar with construction materials and procurement processes

-Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite

-Proficient in MS Office and procurement software

-Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage costs and meet deadlines
