Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead teams and coordinate across contractors, engineers, and architects
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and legal/regulatory compliance
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues
Budget & Financial Management
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets and expenditures
- Handle cost forecasting, reporting, and vendor contract negotiations
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the main contact for internal teams, contractors, and agencies
- Provide progress updates and facilitate clear communication
- Address concerns from stakeholders and manage expectations
Quality Control & Risk Management
- Oversee project quality and industry compliance
- Identify and manage risks, scope changes, and ensure proper documentation
Site Management & Coordination
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and safety
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely delivery and commissioning
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
-5+ years’ project management experience, ideally in real estate or construction
-Deep understanding of the full development process
-Strong leadership, organization, communication and negotiation skills
-Skilled in project management tools and methodologies
