Key responsibilities:
Concept Development & Master Planning
- Lead the architectural vision and masterplanning of a residential community.
- Ensure the integration of sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics to create a cohesive urban living environment.
- Design public and shared spaces that foster community interaction and enhance liveability.
Design Management
- Develop architectural designs from concept through to detailed construction drawings.
- Align apartment and villa designs with market demands, regulations, and the overall design vision.
- Collaborate with landscape architects, interior designers, and engineers for integrated solutions.
Licensing & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation and submission of architectural plans for permitting and licensing.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain all necessary approvals.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Lead design teams and consultants, acting as the key architectural representative in stakeholder meetings.
- Support construction phases, ensuring design integrity, quality, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design.
-Registered Architect in Cyprus or eligible for registration.
-Minimum 8 years’ experience in residential and mixed-use projects, with proven leadership on large-scale developments.
-Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and design skills.
