Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and finish selections for residential developments.
  • Conduct market research and source materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes that align with project requirements and budgets.
  • Coordinate 3D visualizations and design presentations to support project development and client decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee the selection, specification, and procurement of interior products and fit-out solutions.
  • Prepare and coordinate carpentry drawings, specifications, and custom-made interior elements.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor on-site implementation to ensure designs are executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Assess Client design modifications and provide practical, creative solutions while ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in high-end residential or property development projects
  • Strong understanding of current interior design trends and materials
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
