Main Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, proposal, and delivery timelines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all client data are accurately recorded in CRM systems and updated regularly.
- Handover Support: Assist in organizing property handovers, inspections, and client orientation sessions.
- Administration: Ensures all client requests are being met and follows up with all departments until completion
- Governmental Procedures: Handle administrative tasks related to property purchases
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanour and client-focused attitude.
