Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, proposal, and delivery timelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all client data are accurately recorded in CRM systems and updated regularly.
  • Handover Support: Assist in organizing property handovers, inspections, and client orientation sessions.
  • Administration: Ensures all client requests are being met and follows up with all departments until completion
  • Governmental Procedures: Handle administrative tasks related to property purchases

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour and client-focused attitude.
