KKey Responsibilities:
Design & Concept Development
- Create architectural layouts, floor plans, and 3D renderings
- Visualize design concepts based on project goals and research
- Use design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite)
- Ensure alignment with design standards under senior guidance
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and prepare proposals
- Support construction teams in executing design plans
- Assist with material and finish selections
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on trends, sustainability, and smart design solutions
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure designs comply with relevant planning and building laws
- Maintain design documents and coordinate on permits
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure designs comply with relevant planning and building laws

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or related field
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
-Basic understanding of real estate development and design trends
-Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
